WALLINGFORD, CT (CelebrityAccess) — A third lawsuit has been filed over a December 2016 after a Meek Mills concert that left 2 dead and two people injured.

According to TMZ, a man who was shot in the leg during the incident is now claiming that Mills, who is also known as Robert Williams, and his record label Roc Nation, are on the hook for the injury.

Previous lawsuits stemming from the shooting involve the families of the two slain men, who are seeking legal redress against Williams, his label Roc Nation, and the Oakdale Theater, the Connecticut venue where the 2016 shooting took place.

According to TMZ, all three suits allege that “thugs” were allowed to remain on the premises and incite violence. The shootings occurred in December 2016 in the venue’s parking lot following the concert.

At the time, Wallingford police reported that the shooting appeared to have followed an altercation. The fatally wounded victims included 31-year-old Travis Ward and Jaquan Graves, 20, both of New Haven, Connecticut.

Williams is currently serving a controversial prison sentence in connection with the alleged violation of a 2008 probation agreement for drug and gun possession. Federal investigators are reviewing the judge who imposed the sentence over allegations that the judge made “extortionate demand” from Williams in exchange for leniency.
