The Nottingham-based Vivendi-owned company acquired Paylogic, which sells more than five million tickets in more than 10 countries, to expand its global network.
See Tickets expects to sell more than 20 million tickets a year for music, sporting, and cultural events, with thousands of clients in over 30 countries, including the UK, France, the US, Spain, Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands.
In addition, See Tickets has entered into a long-term commercial agreement with LiveStyle and its subsidiaries to ticket its US festivals and events.

Paylogic, which was founded in 2005 in the Netherlands, has developed digital ticketing environments for thousands of clients including the major live entertainment brands, Tomorrowland, ID&T, ADE, and Awakenings.
