NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess) Keith Naftaly, formerly exec VP and head of A&R at RCA Records, has been upt to president, A&R.

Naftaly has overseen the pop and pop/urban A&R staff and its creative team with recent successes Pink’s Beautiful Trauma, Kesha’s Rainbow and G-Eazy’s The Beautiful & Damned.

Naftaly was largey responsible for the A&R of multiplatinum-selling a cappella group Pentatonix. He also worked on both of Sia’s Grammy-nominated, No. 1 albums 1000 Forms of Fear and This is Acting.

Most recently, Naftaly worked on the followup albums for ZAYN and Elle King.
