NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess) Midge Ure and Paul Young have announced a co-headlining North America tour kicking off this week.
The “Soundtrack of your Life” Tour runs through the end of the month with more dates TBA, including a West Coast run in August. Ure is expected to perform songs from Ultravox, Visage and solo material including from his 2014 album Fragile. There will be a handful of acoustic solo shows for Ure.
Young is expected to play his hits like “Come Back & Stay,” Every Time You Go Away” and “What Becomes Of the Broken Hearted” plus tracks from his 2016 album, Good Times.
Ure is known for fronting electrorock band Ultravox as well as being a member of Visage and Thin Lizzy. He helped organize Live Aid alongside Bob Geldoff. He also has the role of MD for the Princes Trust at the Royal Albert Hall. Ultravox reformed in 2009.
Young began his solo career in 1983 with “Wherever I Lay My Hat” and his debut album, No Parlez.
