FT. LAUDERDALE, FL (CelebrityAccess) The Broward County Sheriff’s Office announced that they have apprehended a fourth suspect in connection to the shooting death of the rapper XXXTentacion.
Late Tuesday night, the BSO said that Trayvon Newsome was taken into custody after surrendering at his lawyer’s office in Fort Lauderdale.
Newsome was booked on charges of first-degree murder and robbery with a deadly weapon and is currently being held without bond, according to BSO records.
Newsome was one of four men who had previously been indicted in connection with the June 18 shooting death of XXXTentacion in an apparent robbery.
XXXTentacion, whose real name was Jahseh Onfroy, was ambushed and shot to death by masked men outside of a South Florida motorcycle dealership.
The other suspects who have been charged in connection with the incident are Dedrick Devonshay Williams, Michael Boatwright, and Robert Allen.
