(CelebrityAccess) Jim “Rocky” Del Balzo, 62, former senior VP of promotion at Columbia Records and current founder of management company Jim Del Balzo Entertainment, died Sept. 4. Del Balzo worked on the promotion and marketing plans for acts like Bruce Springsteen, Bob Dylan, Alice In Chains and James Taylor, among others. His management clients included John Mellencamp, Elvis Costello, James Taylor, LL Cool J, and Burt Bacharach.
