OAKLAND, Calif. (CelebrityAccess) – Pandora announced this week the line-up for its ‘Beyond 2018’ concert.
The free sixth annual event is scheduled to take place on November 13th at Terminal 5 in New York City and will feature performances by Cardi B, Julia Michaels, DaniLeigh and a DJ set by DJ Big Ben.
Commenting on this year’s event, Jeff Zuchowski, Pandora Vice President Artist Marketing and Industry Relations, said: “Beyond 2018 is a finale to an amazing year of live concert events that have offered Pandora listeners unforgettable music moments with the artists they love. Being able to close the year with Cardi B, Julia Michaels and Dani Leigh is just the beginning of what will come from Pandora in 2019.”
2018 without a doubt has been ‘The Year of Cardi B’. The rapper dominates Pandora’s biggest station, Today’s Hits and has over 535 million spins making her the #1 artist with the most station adds across all listeners. Additionally, Cardi’s track “I Like It” from her #1 debut album Invasion of Privacy currently claims the #3 Pandora song overall.
Julia Michaels, on the other hand, has amassed over 223 million spins on Pandora, with the cumulative worldwide stream tally for songs she has co-written exceeding 20 billion to date.
