SAN FRANCISCO (CelebrityAccess) Eventbrite has announced the addition of Deborah Sharkey, who has been appointed Chief Commercial Officer, and Crystal Valentine as Chief Data Strategy Officer.

Sharkey is expected to drive the company’s global go-to-market strategy and expansion efforts as well as lead the sales and account management teams. She brings with her about two decades of leadership in consumer internet companies and spent more than 10 years at Ebay in various general management roles including leading eBay Australia.

Valentine will oversee all technical and operational aspects of data within the company including leading a global team of data scientists, architects and analysts. She has a PhD with nearly 20 years in technology research and practice, according to the statement, and consulted with Fortune 500 companies to design and implement enterprise applications.
