GEORGIA (CelebrityAccess) 21 Savage, who has been released from custody after being picked up by ICE on Super Bowl Sunday for an expired visa, is reportedly facing a felony warrant for a skipping out on a 2016 club show.

21 was booked to play a gig in southern Georgia and was provided a $9,500 advance from the promoter and received the $7,500 balance when he showed up, according to TMZ, but never took the stage. The rapper then allegedly exited the venue with the $17,000.

The promoter went to the police that October and filed a police report plus paperwork to get a felony warrant for theft by deception. The warrant was issued but was sat on for more than two years, according to TMZ. The club owner apparently reengaged the warrant once 21 Savage was arrested by ICE

The rapper is reportedly planning on going to the sheriff’s department to clear up the matter.

“Mr. Joseph has committed no criminal offense,” attorney Abby Taylor told TMZ. “We look forward to an amicable resolution between the parties in the near future with no criminal implications whatsoever.”
