(CelebrityAccess) – Live Nation-owned Maverick Management has hired K-Pop manager Eshy Gazit.
Gazit, who is best known for his work with K-Pop phenomenon BTS, also currently manages successful K-Pop band Monsta X. The group’s recent achievements include being the first K-Pop act to perform at iHeartRadio’s Jingle Ball Tour in 2018, two-time sold-out world tours, and a No.1 on the iTunes album chart worldwide. Their most recent music video, “Alligator” also clocked more than 10 million YouTube views in under three days.
Gazit began his career as a multi-instrumentalist, sound engineer, and music producer (Chrisette Michele, John Legend, Estelle, The Strokes, KEXP Radio and more). He has also worked in marketing for Gramophone Media Inc., and in A&R.
Maverick’s roster of artists currently includes U2, Florida Georgia Line, Madonna, Paul McCartney, Britney Spears, The WKND, Lil Wayne, French Montana, Jason Aldean, Jill Scott, The Roots, Fifth Harmony, Rascal Flatts, and more.
