CALGARY (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Calgary-native Feist had a big night at Canada's Juno awards on Sunday night, winning all five categories that she was nominated in, including artist and songwriter of the year.
Her popular hit, "1234" took single of the year and her album "The Reminder" took both album and pop album of the year.
"I just arrived and it's a strange day here, very beautiful lucky day, and I'm just glad to be here, and I have a mass of my family around me," the Calgary native told the Associated Press.
Other winners at this year's event included Michael Buble, who snagged a fan's choice award and Blue Rodeo, who picked up three Juno awards, including one for adult alternative album of the year.
CTV was also a big winner with the Juno awards, and the ceremonies were the most-watched since 2003. According to the Winnipeg Sun, a total of 4.3 million Canadians caught at least a part of the show with a peak of 1.7 million during a performance by Anne Murray, Sarah Brightman and Calgary native Jann Arden.
