TURIN, NY (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — The Eighth Annual moe.down will be held August 31-September 2 at the Snow Ridge Ski area in Turin, NY. moe.down is
an annual party for moe. and its fans. The band will perform a total of
six sets throughout the weekend.
In addition to moe., this year's performers include Ryan Adams, Medeski
Scofield Martin & Wood, J.J. Grey & Mofro, Amos Lee, Meat Puppets, Ryan
Montbleu and The Brakes. More bands will be announced in the coming weeks.
Over the past eight years over 100 bands have performed at
moe.down, including Flaming Lips, They Might Be Giants, Matisyahu, MMW,
Ani DiFranco, Blues Traveler, Leo Kottke, Michael Franti and Spearhead,
Nellie McKay, Cracker Van Beethoven, David Grisman, and Les Claypool.
moe.down has two stages, camping and fun at
the Snow Ridge Ski Area. The site is about an hour
northeast of Syracuse, at the edge of the beautiful Adirondack
Mountains. Ski lifts will be open and are ideal for bikes.
