LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) -— The Kirby Organization [TKO] has announced the acquisition of the Vital Agency.
TKO will absorb the roster and assets of the indie booking agency, with owner/founder JJ Cassiere and agent Matt Anderson joining the TKO staff.
"We have been watching the activities of The Vital Agency guys for a couple of years now and, more specifically, the excellent work of JJ Cassiere in the development of his young and very talented artists," says TKO President/CEO Dave Kirby. Vital has a solid reputation as an incubator for emerging artists, with a roster that includes such up-and-coming talent as VersaEmerge, Mychildren Mybride and Vanna, and acts signed to many of hard rock, punk and metal's top independent labels, including Epitaph, Solid State, Fueled By Ramen and Triple Crown.
