NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess) — The death of A$AP Yams, one of the driving forces behind A$AP Rocky, was caused by an accidental drug overdose, according to New York City’s chief medical examiner.
According to a report by the New York Times, was caused by acute intoxication of a mix of drugs, including opiates and benzodiazepine.
Yams, whose real name was Steven Rodriguez, operated largely behind the scenes of the A$AP Mob, and he is perhaps best known for his influential blog hip hop blog which helped to propel the collective into national consciousness. – Staff Writers
