LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — AEG Live Exhibitions and The Northern Trust Corporation will be the national sponsors of the upcoming “Tutankhamun and the Golden Age of the Pharaohs” national museum tour. The tour, which will debut at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art June 16, 2005, marks the first time the treasures of King Tut have visited America in 26 years.

The official announcement of Northern Trust’s sponsorship is being made by Sherry S. Barrat, Chairman and CEO, Northern Trust’s-Western Region, at LACMA in conjunction with the first day tickets are made available for public sale. This announcement coincides with Northern Trust’s purchase of the first 100 tickets at the museum’s box office/TicketMaster outlet for the exhibition’s opening day.
