LAS VEGAS (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — To help the recovery of the victims of Hurricane Sandy, the good folks at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and AEG Live have launched a text-to-donate cmapaign in support of the American Red Cross for the remaining dates in Guns N’ Roses’ Appetite for Democracy residency.
Shows at the Joint at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino that will be included in the benefit run from Nov. 9th to Nov. 24th.
During the shows, The Joint’s video screens will provide information about the campaign and will encourage concert-goers to donate via text message. AEG has pledged to match donations made through the band's run up to $5,000.
Attendees can donate $10 by texting “REDCROSS” to 90999. Each night of the residency, donations can be made when the doors open until the end of the show. – CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
