DALLAS (CelebrityAccess) — AEG Live and Danny Wimmer Presents are teaming up with Block Party Suites, a company that repurposes containers into mobile entertainment venues, to bring a Jägermeister branded "Live Lounge" to five major summer music festivals this summer.
The deal will see Block Party Suites deliver two of their twenty-foot suites to each festival, offering a rooftop viewing deck, high-end indoor / outdoor furniture and climate control options. As well, each event will be hosted by a local DJ, with Jägermeister providing refreshments.
"With the summer festival season approaching, we searched for a partner that could make our sponsor activations look professional and exciting. We also put a high value on the partner's ability to move quickly from festival to festival," said Chris Thomas of AEG Live. "Block Party Suites unique combination of creative agency and logistics manager caught our attention, as did their distinctive design of repurposed shipping containers."
Festivals featuring the Lounge include Monster Energy Welcome to Rockville (Jacksonville, FL), Monster Energy Carolina Rebellion (Concord, NC), Northern Invasion (Somerset, WI), Rock on the Range (Columbus, OH) and Rocklahoma (Pryor, OK). – Staff Writers
