With more than 20 years in the business, Lenz began his career in the Chicago area promoting shows, brokering concerts and booking college campus tours. He then took ownership and management of Tunesmythe Talent that through the 1980s became an award winning, staple agency in NACA. In 1993, he closed Tunesmythe and joined Paradise Artists’ West Coast office in Ojai, CA.
