Music publishing is no unknown ground to Tepper, who was 30 years of experience in the industry and was one of the first music publishers to work directly with advertisers.
Over the years, Tepper has been involved in the careers of many new and established artists and songwriters, and repped the song catalogues of many prominent artists such as Billy Joel, Cole Porter, Paul McCartney, Elton John, Curtis Mayfield, James Brown, Moby, Michael Bolton, and Ira and George Gershwin.
