Electronic music booking agency AM Only has merged with the rock music booking agency FYI Live, formerly a division of FYI Firm LLC. The new company will retain the AM Only name. FYI's Nikki Solgot will move from Phoenix to Brooklyn to join CEO Paul Morris at AM Only's office. FYI Firm LLC,has been dissolved in the merger as has sister firm FYI Media.
"When owning and operating a boutique talent agency there becomes a time when growth is a must," said Solgot. "Paul Morris and I have a symbiotic understanding, so working with AM Only was a natural solution."
AM Only's Morris adds, "I am very happy and excited to welcome Nikki to the fold. Nikki and her artists will be instrumental in the diversification of our roster."
AM Only also co-represents Fischerspooner, Scissor Sisters and Weekend Players under a strategic partnership with Little Big Man Booking.
