LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) — Actor and comedian Andy Dick was arrested in Los Angeles on Friday, and is facing a charge of felony theft after allegedly stealing a $1,000 necklace off a man's neck, according to TMZ.com
Reuters reported that Dick had been released from jail the following day after posting $25,000 bail. Dick's attorney, Mark Geragos, did not immediately respond to Reuters request for comment.
Dick has had previous run-ins with the law, including a 2008 incident where Dick was charged with sexual battery after the comedian allegedly pulled down a teenager's top. He also faced a 2010 incident, where Dick was arrested on felony sexual abuse charges after allegedly groping a boucer and a patron at a bar in Huntington, W. Va.
Dick has also faced charges of public intoxication and urinating on sidewalks. – Staff Writers
