OAKLAND (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Billy Joel and Elton John have been forced to postpone yet another date on their "Face 2 Face" tour.
According to Live Nation, the duo put the kibosh on the sold-out Nov. 14 appearance at Oakland's Oracle Arena on doctor's orders while Elton John recovers from a serious case of e-coli bacterial infection.
As of yet, no rescheduled date has been announced, but Live Nation is hard at work at setting up a makeup date. Ticketholders are asked to retain their tickets until more information regarding a rescheduled date is available.
The tour has been a troublesome one for the pair of performers and three other performances Nov. 4 and Nov. 7 in Seattle, and Nov. 10 in Portland, OR this month had already been scrapped. As of the time of publication, a November 17th show in San Jose and a November 25th show in Oklahoma City are still on. – CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
