SYDNEY (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Two of Australia's largest travel and tour logistics companies, Moves Travel Group and Arena Travel & Entertainment have announced that they are merging to form one consolidated enterprise.
Well, almost. The deal will involve Arena Travel & Entertainment functioning as a sub-brand of Moves Travel Group. Arena founder Michael Jacobsen and Moves founder Ken O'Brien will assume the titles of Executive Chairman and Managing Director respectively.
