(CelebrityAccess News Service) – BandPasses.com, the company started by the co-owner of Access Itinerary, who’s clients include System of a Down, incubus, The White Strips and The
Deftones, is celebrating its first year in business as the only pass maker
to offer online ordering.
As a way to celebrate, and to show the companies dedication to new artists and emerging talent, the web site also has introduced THE BIZ, a section of the site that features artist profiles and links to industry resources and gear on the web.
“We started BandPasses.com as a way for any musician, festival or event to have pro looking passes at a reasonable cost, and wanted to tell the world
about some of the amazing bands that use our products," says co-owner Katie
Benge.
Formed by former tour manager and industry veteran Kit Benge and his wife, Katie,
the young company has served clients from Pat Green and Erika Badu to
Warrant and the Oprah Winfrey “Live your best life” tour. But it is the
dozens of local and regional bands that has made the first year great for
this new company. “It warms our heart when a small band thanks us for cool
passes. We have had funk bands from Switzerland, Christen bands from Iowa, metal acts from New York and country bands from Texas, and I can honestly say that there are really a ton of amazing artists out there doing great things," says Kit Benge.
