NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess) — Rocker Billy Idol has announced that he's going to be undertaking a theatre tour in North America early next year.
The tour, which begins January 21 in New Orleans is the latest leg of Idol’s “Kings & Queens Of The Underground Live” World Tour which includes previously announced shows in Europe in November 2014.
Idol is touring behind his forthcoming autobiography Dancing With Myself, which hit the shelves on October 7th. The biography will also serve as a prelude to the release of " Kings & Queens Of The Underground", Idol's first new studio album in more than a decade.
"Kings & Queens" Of The Underground was primarily produced by Trevor Horn, with Greg Kurstin also contributing as producer to two songs, including the lead-off single “Can’t Break Me Down.”
Oklahoma-based Broncho will be providing support on the tour.
