BOSTON (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — New York-based independent promoter Bowery Presents has named Josh Bhatti to head up their new office in Boston, the opening of which had been announced last week.
As previously reported by CelebrityAccess, Bowery has teamed up with the Royale Nightclub on the former site of the Roxy to book approximately 100 nights of live music a year, in Bowery's first long-term expansion into the Boston market.
According to Billboard, Bhatti and a full-time staff will be responsible for booking dates at The Royale, as well as other potential venues and festival in the market.
A Boston native, Bhatti worked for Developing Artist, a Boston production and live entertainment company and as a talent buyer for Live Nation before he joined Bowery Presents.
