VANCOUVER (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Veteran manager Christi Thompson has signed on with Macklam Feldman Management as an artist manager under her own division, Thompson Management, effective immediately.
Also making the transition with Thompson to MFM will be her client Xavier Rudd, an Australian-born multi-instrumentalist singer-songwriter who's been building a loyal following in North America in recent years.
Thompson has solid experience in the management world, working with artists such as Matthew Good, Holly McNarland and Lillix and partnering with Matthew McConaughey on charting reggae artist Mishka. In addition to her experience as a manager, Thompson has worked in public relations, including stints as the Director of Marketing and Publicity for 604 Records, and as International Manager for SaltX Records.
Based in Vancouver, Thompson will be working to Thompson Management's roster with domestic and international artists.
