Cinergy Acquires Naming Rights To Convention Center

Cinergy Corp. has acquired the naming rights to Cincinnati's expanded downtown convention center, paying $12 million over four years. The expansion is a $160 million project.

In August, Delta Air Lines backed out of a deal to pay up to $30 million for a larger $400 million expansion that was downsized for lack of financing, reports the Cincinnati Business Courier.
