PEMBERTON, B.C. (CelebrityAccess) — Promoter HUKA Entertainment has announced the dates for the 2015 return of the Pemberton Music Festival in Pemberton, BC.
Next, year, the four day contemporary music festival will take place from Thursday, July 16 through Sunday, July 19, 2015.
The 2014 Pemberton Music Festival featured nearly 100 performances from a lineup that included Nine Inch Nails, Outkast, Deadmau5, Frank Ocean, Kendrick Lamar, Metric, Modest Mouse, Snoop Dogg, Above & Beyond, Empire Of The Sun, DJ set from JUSTICE, Grimes, Girl Talk, TV On The Radio, St. Vincent, Chance The Rapper, Matthew Good, Tyler, The Creator, Lindsey Stirling, The New Pornographers, Sloan, Stars, Flying Lotus, G-Eazy and ZZ Ward as well as comedy from Trailer Park Boys, Bob Saget and Doug Benson.
Organizers for the 2015 edition of the event report that the festival site has been expanded, with new room for camping. As well, paths to and from parking lots for the festival will be upgraded to include hard-packed surfaces with minimal obstructions.
"We have been working hard on an improved camping load-in and load-out experience, including additional campgrounds closer to parking areas, and improved footpath surfaces, which means campers will have an easier time carrying, wheeling and pulling their gear into the site," says HUKA Entertainment co-founder and CEO A.J. Niland. "We are also adding more transportation assistance from the parking lots to the main campgrounds immediately adjacent to the festival, which means more rides for more campers in general."
