NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Veteran agent David Zedeck has left his position at CAA to join Live Nation as the company's Executive Vice President and President of Global Talent and Artist Development.
Working with Arthur Fogel, Zedeck will focus on tour initiatives and acquiring and executing global concert tours. In addition he will oversee Live Nation's artist development strategy.
Zedeck has been a music agent at CAA's New York offices since 2004 when he left the dissolved Evolution Talent Agency. While at CAA, Zedeck repped a roster that included The Jonas Bros., Justin Timberlake, One Direction, Britney Spears, Nsync and the Backstreet Boys among numerous others.
Prior to Evolution, Zedeck got his start in the industry at Norby Walters Associates in 1986 before he joined Famous Artists, where he helmed the company's international division. In 1996, he launched Renaissance Entertainment, which eventually evolved into Evolution Talent.
