(CelebrityAccess MediaWire) – Live Nation and VH1 Classic has paired up Def Leppard and Journey to co-headline a U.S summer tour starting June 23 in Camden, New Jersey, and concluding August 31 in Seattle, Washington.
Def Leppard guitarist Phil Collen said of the tour, “Only six months between tours for Def Leppard…this is amazing…WOW. I think we're getting the hang of this! Usually, we always have to redefine and reorient ourselves to touring as we are used to a three year gap between tours because of the recording process. This time, we had the album in the can so we are good to go. We're really psyched to be hitting the road this summer and are looking forward to seeing all of our fans again.”
The tour is already scheduled to hit 33 cities across the country, with more expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
