(CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — According to a recent SEC filing, Ron Delsener will be selling 150,000 direct shares of Robert F.X. Sillerman’s media giant, CKX.
The company owns 85 percent of the Elvis Presley estate, the “American Idol” franchise, and after recent dealings, and 80 percent interest in Muhammad Ali.
The proceeds from the sale are estimated at nearly $2.1 million, according to Yahoo! Finance.
