That's certainly the case with a new Phoenix, AZ festival that degrades the talented Jesse Colter by placing her alongside the now further downgraded Michelle Branch, Sarah Buxton and 70 probably talented Arizona women at the Chicks With Picks Festival.
What serious performer of the female gender wants to be lumped into the "chick" category? OK, maybe Katy Perry, but you get the idea.
What can we expect next? The Hicks That Pick Country Festival? The Flick Your Bic Festival Of Forgotten Classic Rock Bands? Should Motley Crue tour as Dudes With D….? Don't answer that.
