The Dixie Chicks, in the final stages of planning their 2003 tour, are enlisting the opinions of their fans on whether they should play arenas or amphitheaters.
In an email to their fans, the Chicks ask, " For instance, in Nashville, would you rather see us outdoors at the AmSouth Amphitheatre or indoors at Gaylord Arena? In Boston, we could play outdoors at the Tweeter Centre or indoors at the Fleet Centre, and in San Francisco, we could play outdoors at the Shoreline Amphitheatre or indoors at the Oakland Arena.
"We'd really love to know what our fans prefer and we are looking forward to announcing the tour soon! Thanks for all your support!"
