San Francisco Bay Area entertainment attorney, Jon L. Duman, and music industry consultant Gian Fiero have combined forces to create an entertainment consulting firm that provides legal, business, educational and independent A&R services to the music community. The firm will focus on servicing professional-minded music artists as well as record labels, entertainment, and media/technology companies.
"Both Jon and I have actively promoted education and entrepreneurship as the key to capitalizing on new and developing opportunities that exist in today's entertainment industry," Fiero says. "This joint venture is a logical step that will enable us to offer useful services that will benefit the talented artists who we come into contact with during the scope of our normal business activities."
Fiero will act as COO and will be primarily responsible for marketing the firm and managing its operations, in addition to conducting PR and negotiations between the firm and its clients. Duman will handle all legal/business transactions and negotiations between clients and third parties.
