LONDON (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) – This past weekend, Permira, the private-equity group, is trying to strike an agreement to acquire EMI, the £2.4 billion British music giant.
However, there are no guarantees it will succeed and a number of EMI investors are still holding out for more than 350p, against Friday’s closing price of 296p. A Dubai-based investor is also watching events closely.
