MINNEAPOLIS (CelebrityAccess) — Approximately 35,000 Beyoncé fans were forced to seek shelter after severe weather encroached on TCF Bank Stadium during her concert there Monday night.
According to local CBS affiliate WCCO, fans were asked to move to the stadium's concourse, or Mariucci, Ridder and Williams Arenas shortly before her concert began when a lightning strikes were spotted in the vicinity.
Officials gave the all-clear and fans were allowed to return to their seats at about 9PM, WCCO said.
