SACRAMENTO, CA (CelebrityAccess) — A security guard at a music festival was caught on video in the act of punching a handcuffed concertgoer while escorting him off property.
The incident, caught on video, took place at the Sunday 102.5 Live event at Discovery Park in Sacramento, California. The video shows a man who appears exchanging words with security guards at the fence near the stage when he suddenly throws a punch at one of the guards. The security team promptly restrain the man with handcuffs and starts to escort him away from the scene, behind a backstage fence. It is here that one of the guards throws two punches from behind, apparently striking the man's head.
"Troubling," state Assemblyman Jim Cooper, a former captain with the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department, with venue security experience told KCRA. "Once the handcuffs go on, and they're in custody, the fighting stops, whether it's law enforcement or security officers."
The identity of the man is unknown as there appears to be no record that he was arrested KCRA said. – Staff Writers
