NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Recently ubiquitous indie pop outfit Foster The People have dished their tour plans for 2012.
The tour is set to kick off at Rumsey Playfield in New York City on May 29th and then run til July 7th when the band performs at the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas.
The Kooks, Mayer Hawthorne & The County and Tokyo Police Club will provide support for the tour on various dates.
Foster The People is best known for their 2010 viral smash hit "Pumped Up Kicks" and the band is touring in support of their 2011 release "Torches." Their freshmen effort, the album hit #8 on the Billboard top 200 with "Pumped Up Kicks" charting to #3 on Billboard's Hot 100.
