(CelebrityAccess MediaWire) – Pink Floyd singer/guitarist David Gilmour will be touring for the first time in decades in support of his upcoming Columbia solo album “On an Island.”
The album is set for release on March 6, and include guests David Crosby, Graham Nash, Floyd keyboardist Rick Wright, Robert Wyatt, Roxy Music’s Phil Manzanera and Jools Holland.
In addition to performing on the album, Manzanera served as co-producer with Gilmour and Chris Thomas. Orchestral arrangements were courtesy of composer Zbigniew Preisner.
