(CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — A movie has been put together, featuring footage from the 35 years of the UK’s legendary Glastonbury festival, and will be screened at various theaters in Europe, featuring special guest appearances by rock stars at certain showings.
Starsailor, Belle & Sebastian and The Levellers, who have all made multiple appearances at the festival in the past, will be among the performers at the ‘Glastonbury Comes To Town’ events across the U.K. The acts will play acoustic sets for the filmgoers.
The special screenings will take places at London’s Prince Charles Theatre on April 11th, with surprise special guests, Bristol’s Colston Hall on April 13th, with the Levellers, Leeds’ Town Hall on April 14th, with Starsailor, and Glasgow’s ABC on the 15th, with Belle & Sebastian.
The film will get a nationwide release on April 14th.
