Global Spectrum named Kenneth J. Wajda as the company's new vice president of Finance. Wajda was previously director of taxation for Global Spectrum's parent company, Comcast-Spectacor, since l999.
Wajda, a certified public account, will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects for the company as well as overseeing all business managers at the more than 45 arenas, stadiums and convention centers the company operates throughout the United States and Canada.
"Ken's experience and expertise in financial management will be a tremendous asset to our company as we continue to expand our public assembly facility management and client services," said Global Spectrum President Michel Sauers.
Prior to joining Comcast-Spectacor in l999, Wajda spent five years as a CPA with Klatzkin and Company, LLP, in Hamilton, NJ.
