DOVER, Delaware (CelebrityAccess) — Goldenvoice, the promoters by the hugely successful Coachella and Stagecoach Festival, have announced that they are teaming up with Red Frog Events to promote and produce Firefly Music Festival.
Founded by Red Frog Events in 2012, the Firefly Music Festival is a 4-day event held in June at the Dover International Speedway in Delaware. The 2015 event will take place from June 18-21.
The 2014 edition of the festival featured a lineup with The Foo Fighters, Outkast, Jack Johnson, Imagine Dragons, Beck, Pretty Lights, Arctic Monkeys, Weezer and many others. The festival features 6 stages, camping accommodations and other festival attractions.
Firefly will mark Goldenvoice's first east coast foray and comes after the Virgin Mobile Free Fest, which had been held nearby at Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, MD announced that they wouldn't be returning.
