Good Old War Plans Headlining Tour

NEW YORK, NY (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Indie folk outfit Good Old War is set to hit the road on their first national headlining tour in two years.

The band will kick off the tour with a performance at Relix Varsity Theatre in Knoxville, TN on March 8th before finally winding down two months later with a gig at Union Transfer in Philly.

The Belle Brigade and Family of the Year will be joining Good Old War for the duration and the run will include a stop at this year’s SXSW festival in Austin, Texas.

Good Old War will be touring in support of their new album "Come Back As Rain." The new album is the follow up to their self-titled sophomore album, which debuted at #2 on Billboard’s “New Artist Chart” and hit #1 on both Amazon.com and iTunes’ Singer/Songwriter chart. Come Back As Rain will hit stores on March 6th and features the first single “Calling Me Names,” which has picked up more than 30 adds at AAA radio in the past two weeks alone.
