TOKYO (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Japan's leading festival, Summer Sonic has announced the lineup for the 2012 edition of the popular music bash.
The two-day urban festival is set for August 18th & 19th with a lineup that features headliners Green Day, Rihanna, Sigur Ros, & New Order.
Also set to perform are Adam Lambert, Death Cab For Cutie, The Cardigans, Passion Pit, Gym Class Heroes, Group Love, SBTRKT, The Knux, and Iceage with more artist announcements expected.
This year will mark the 13th year for the festival, which is held simultaneously in both Osaka and Tokyo. Most artists on the bill will alternate days performing at the two locations. – CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
