Griffin To Launch TV Unit At Paradigm

NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Jim Griffin, the former Executive VP and Head of Television at William Morris has joined Paradigm to head up the agency's newest division.

According to Variety, Griffin, who left WMA after 32 years last fall, in wake of the merger, will work out of Paradigm's New York offices where he will oversee the launch of Paradigm's new broadcast shop.

Griffin is a well-established agent in New York and will bring his roster of clients including Regis Philbin, Emeril Lagasse, Fred Thompson, Jim Lehrer, Chris Cuomo, Geraldo Rivera, John Gibson, Bernard Goldberg, Mike Barnicle, Charles Grodin and Willard Scott along with him when he makes the jump.

Paradigm was reticent regarding any potential plans to add new agents to the new department. Griffin is the second WMA agent to make the jump to Paradigm since the merger, and he joins Erwin More. – CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
