SALT LAKE CITY, UT (CelebrityAccess) — Brad Hancock, the 24-year-old lead singer for the Salt Lake City-based hardcore band Close Grip, was killed after a concert at The Core, a club located at 1444 S. 700 West in Salt Lake.
According to the Standard-Examiner, Bradford became involved in an argument at the show, which devolved into gunfire outside of the venue, leaving Hancock with a fatal injury. Another man was shot in the foot and treated at the scene.
Following the incident, police arrested 20-year-old Quincy Lawson of Magna on suspicion of homicide.
