(CelebrityAccess News Service) – Henry Cardenas, co-founder/partner of Cardenas, Fernandez & Associates (CFA), the largest Hispanic promotion firm in the US, is back in business in Chicago with the launch of Henry Cardenas Management Services. CFA was shuttered last year.
According to his office, Cardenas will be involved in some artist management but will
primarily focus on live entertainment promotion.
In 1999, Clear Channel Entertainment acquired 50 percent of CFA, with an option to acquire the remaining
50 percent over a 36-month period. In 2002, Grupo Televisa acquired the remaining 50 percent.
Cardenas left the company last March before his employment contract was up. Any non-compete issues
have since been resolved.
