COPPELL, TX (CelebrityAccess) –The International Association of Venue Managers has announced the formation of a partnership with the National Association of Concessionaires, a trade association for the recreation and leisure-time food and beverage concessions industry.
The two associations will share information and content in media outlets, press releases, and social media networks to their respective memberships.
As well, each group has agreed to cross-promote two major events that will take place in Minneapolis in July. NAC will host the Concession & Hospitality Expo, July 19-22, at the Depot Renaissance in Minneapolis. IAVM will host VenueConnect, July 23-26, at the Minneapolis Convention Center.
“This is an opportunity for a beneficial collaboration between our members and NAC members, in which we’ll share best practices, educational offerings, and research,” said Carol Wallace, IAVM’s temporary executive administrator.
NAC counts among its members movie theaters, colleges, performing arts centers, convention centers and other public event facilities. – Staff Writers
