SAN ANTONIO (CelebrityAccess) -— Radio and billboard giant iHeartMedia Inc. revealed that they are selling two of its Antonio properties, including its headquarters building in what was described as a liquidity move.
The two properties in question are the headquarters, located at 200 E. Basse Road and a separate corporate building at 20880 Stone Oak Parkway. The company plans to lease the buildings following the sale, according to San Antonio Express News.
“Nobody is moving or leaving the company as a result,” said Wendy Goldberg, executive vice president for communications in New York City, told Express News in an email. “This is part of our liquidity strategy, and it’s a financially efficient way to manage our assets.”
The company, formerly known as Clear Channel, changed its name to iHeartMedia in September. The buyers of the properties were not disclosed. – Staff Writers
